What Causes Difficulty To Achieve An Orgasm While On Gabapentin?

The dr just put me on gabapentin. Trazodone and tramadol. For fibromyalgia. Last night my wife and I were making love. I was unable to achieve a climax. Not even a high feeling like I usually do. Which one of these Ned s could cause this. ???

As you mentioned you are using tramadol,trazodine and gabapentin.
As much side effect of these medicine concerned regarding sexual activity
gabapentin and tramadol donot interfere with sexual health.
Trazodone which is mainly used for anciwty and depression cause impotance,loss of libodo and ejaculatory dysfunction in 2% individuals only.
So tell your prescribing Dr to change this medicine if you are serious concern about this issue.
