What Causes Difficulty To Breath While On Cosopt For Glaucoma?

Latanoprost apparently did not lower pressure from glaucoma. Dr. gave me samples of Cosopt PF. I am experiencing slight breathing discomfort, an overall feeling of lethargy and just not myself. Are there any alternatives to whatever Cosopt PF is supposed to do?
