What Causes Difficulty While Breathing Deep Along With Anxiety Attacks?

For about three weeks I have been experiencing difficulty taking deep breaths. Recently, it has created anxiety which exacerbates the condition. I have been tested and cleared by a pulmonologist who did a chest X-ray, asthma tests and a CA T scan ,all of which were negative. I do have arterial sclerosis and had stents implanted about 11 years ago and all my stress tests, the recent one which was in August was negative. What else could cause this condition?
