What Causes Diplopia And Shoulder Pains?
In the past week my eyesight has been whacked up ! I sometimes view images fuzzy , double vision , and I got a glaze over my eyes and becomes dizzy .. I also experience pain in my left shoulder going from my neck reaching my lower back . Their sharp intense pains that longer .. I feel as if my arm is losing life . What is going on ?? Should I be finding the nearest ER ??

Multiple neurological features presenting like this indicate that one should go for screening for cervical spondylitis.
It is nothing serious.
X - ray of cervical spines or MRI may help in diagnosis.
Few neck exercises and analgesics will help in treatment.
But opinion of neuro physician will be desired.
