What Causes Discharge Of Blood Clot While Sneezing?

My uncle has blood from penis after he sneezes, he has had a colonoscopy, a camera through his penis and checked his prostate and all looks good. What could it be? He has this for 2 months already. Very concerned, he says sometimes a blood clot form comes out when he sneezes then after urinating clear flow only after he sees a couple of drops.

Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
That sound like a urethral infection or a prostate disorder. With these conditions, there is what is generally called initial hematuria, that is, blood in urine at the beginning of urination(Onset of urination) and may become clear after.I will suggest you see a Urologist for a urinalysis/dipstick test, PSA and a prostatic ultrasound. Your treatment will depend on the underlying cause.
Hope this will help
Best regards
