my husband is diabetic, has had a heart attack, right now his diabetis is9.2 he has something going on with his penis, it has been going on about 3 weeks, he has been on antibotics but that did not help he is raw, peeling and now his penis is turning black. blue. is has seen a doc but she is a female and he has told her some but is to embarrassed to tell her. his urine had blood in it and 3 plus protein.

His penis needs to be assessed as soon as possible. As a female doctor, I can say that she will not be uncomfortable with him mentioning any problems he has with any aspect of his genitalia.
If he is not willing to mention the problem to her at all then he needs to see another doctor for assessment and treatment.
