Hi Thank you for asking HCM. I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to fungal infection. Bacterial infection can coexist also. If you send a picture of it then it will be more helpful in identifying. For such condition I would recommend using ointments with combination of antifungal agents like miconazole, anti bacterial like gentamycin and corticosteroid like beclamethasone for local application.
