What Causes Discoloration In Penis Foreskin?
I am a 60 yr old black man. I am in very good health and I work out several times a week. I have never been circumcised and haven t had any problems until about a year ago. The foreskin of my penis and the head has changed color. It looks a lot like vitiligo. can you please tell me what this is? I have not had sex in approximately eight years.

I really appreciate your concern, it may not be vitiligo but it could be just common appearance in certain subject and this is nothing to worry at the most it could be fungal infection on tentative basis Miconazole cream can be used but in my opinion clinical examination is the option for right diagnosis because skin lesion demands this hope this information helps.
