General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the dark discoloration on nose indicates possible issue with pigmentation disorder most likely. There does not sound the relationship with previous stroke episode. She is required to consult her primary care physician, but till that time, local application of ice will support best way. She must avoid prolong exposure to sun.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
