What Causes Discoloration On The Legs, Arms And Lower Back?

hey so ive been smoking meth for about 6months now an well ive been in bad health for the last two months my legs arms lower back an the right side of my neck oh an now my chest get/have this purple/blushish tint or lines to them like my veins but they are not my veins um my hands feet are almost always numb an my arms an legs started to go numb off an on oh an my face goes numb, when I use my hands or my fingers for to long or even hold them above my head they start cramping really bad my vision is almost always glazed over an in my right eye it has went blurry 4times,my right ear is always bright red, my body tempt will not go any higher then 96.7 an goes as low as 94.9,an sometimes I have this word feeling like needles are poking me every ,oh n something new I m starting to brake out in this red rash that s super hot to the touch ..what could be happening ?
