Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hello Doctor. Recently I ve noticed the foreskin which covers the tip of my penis is very Pale While the rest of the skin is my normal light Brown Colour, And when pulling the skin back to reveal the head of my penis is slightly painful and seams a little tight . ???
The discoloration on your foreskin can be due to minor infection. If your foreskin is tight while pulling back then it suggest of constriction of foreskin. If this persist and you perform sex it may lead to a condition called phimosis that is swelling of the foreskin.
Hence had it been my patient in the clinic I would have advised him to undergo complete examination of penis and then plan for future treatment methods like circumcision surgery, slit surgery, loosening of foreskin using dexamethasone ointment application (less efficient). At present keep a good personal hygiene and report to a doctor if problem persists.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Suhas Chauhan
