What Causes Discomfort Above The Navel After A Bowel Movement?
After having a BM, 15 - 20 minutes later I feel sick or discomfort in my abdomen, above the belly-button, and cannot have anything tight or snug around my waist. I also feel and am bloated. This can last for a couple of hours. Any suggestions as to why?

Most probably you are suffering a viral gastroenteritis.
You can use Loperamide or Simethicone. They are found OTC in some countries. You can use probiotics such enterogermina to establish the intestinal flora. If you don't get better in 3 to 4 days contact me again.
