General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Occasional pain or burning sensation in the penile head does not require any medication if this becomes frequent then you should get yourself thoroughly examined by your doctor.

Vaginal infection can also cause pain and burning in your penis.

It is always better and safe to use a condom during sexual intercourse.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Prabhash Verma,
