What Causes Discomfort And Pain In Lower Abdomen And Testicle?

I have periodic discomfort/pain in my lower abdomen just above the pubic area and pain in my left testical. This comes and goes, sometimes within hours. It seems to be associated with gas. Is it gas or something else? Will gas cause testicular pain?

The symptoms you are experiencing doesn't suggest gas as a possibility.
It may he due to indirect inguinal hernia or epidymo-orchitis.
You need to get evaluated by Surgeon. According to the diagnosis, the condition needs to be treated.
