General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to the health care magic

According to history your flu symptoms are improving..

So continue Symptomatic management with....
-Steam inhalation three times a day
-Salt water gargle done two times a day
-vitamin C lozenges chewed frequently
-Avoid excess spicy
-more water
-citrus fruits more
-phenylephrine like decongestant taken

If after still more two days no improvement than Auscultation and chest x ray needed for rule out bronchitis

If needed throat swab culture also to be done

Hope this will help

Take care
