What Causes Discomfort Below Jaw Line After Dental Implantation?

5 years ago I had 15 implants done in Costa Rica. All has been fine. However for past dew days I have discomfort when I press on the front of my chin below the tooth line by the incisor area. I am concerned about a possible bone infection. Is there a specific antibiotic that might be suggested I take when calling my PCP?
Thank You,
Alan

HI
Well come to HCM
If this is infection then clinical sign would be very much clear like, pus formation, huge swelling, fever, headache, fatigue some time vomiting, then antibiotic is necessary, if these symptoms are absent then no need to have antibiotic, hope this information helps, have a nice day.
