What Causes Discomfort During Urination With Yellow Puss Like Discharge From Penis?
I have been having some yellowish puss-like penile discharge for the last week as well as discomfort while urinating and after urinating. I have started antibiotics (500mg of pennicillin) and most of the discomfort has gone away but the discharge hasn t and it s been 4 days of antibiotics. I thought it was a UTI but I m not sure anymore.

Thick pus like discharge from penis and discomfort in urination indicates Urinary Tract Infection. You have rightly started in antibiotics and kindly complete the course.
If the infection is severe, it takes some more time for the discharge to reduce and finally stop.
Drink plenty of fluids. Consume citrus fruit juices to keep your urine more alkaline.
