What Causes Discomfort In Chest And Stomach After Eating?

Hello,I have had the issue of feeling like I have been punched in the stomach after drinking alcohol and eating food. I have Crohn s disease and have dealt with acid reflux before. I take Prevacid for that. This is different. I know when acid is coming up and causing issues. This is a tightness in my chest and a feeling like I have been punched in the stomach. It last about 10 minutes and goes away.

hyper acidity and gastritis can cause such problem. take bland diet and avoid fast food. take tablet omiprazol and polycrol gel.
