What Causes Discomfort In Chest And Throat While On Nexium And Zantac For GERD?

Multiple symptoms, have GERD, have now started my third med because previous ones stopped working. Now on Nexium, Zantac. Symptoms : sob (off and on), substernal discomfort, throat feels funny when eating some things (watermelon is one thing), went to ER, NO pulmonary embolism, ekg normal. GI cocktail helped for about one hour.

I really appreciate your concern, you need to managed the GERD with "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 30 mg" once in day at evening time and it need to be taken for six weeks, for other symptoms you need to keep the stress level low, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
