What Causes Discomfort In Chest On Walking Short Distances?

Hi Doctor!! If I walk for more than 5 minutes, I feel discomfort in my chest. I have gone for TMT also. They told it is mild positive. I walked for 8 minutes and after that the same discomfort started. I am a smoker too. I usually smoke 5-6 cigarettes a day.
