What Causes Discomfort In Collarbone And Breast With Increased Heart Rate?

Have discomfort in collarbone, left side of left breast, and sometimes into left side of neck. Also, random increases of heart rate. Have had 2 EKG s, 2 chest x rays, an echocardiogram, and had to wear a Holter Monitor for 24 hours. Every test came back clean. What could this be?

Hi welcome to HCM.
Chest pain in presence of negative results on all standard test results would prove to be benign cause like muscular cause or costochondritis. This can be controlled with usage of analgesics like ibuprofen and anxiolytics like clonazepam for 3-6 months.Standard 2 view mammography can help to rule out breast lesions if any.Consult your cardiologist for further queries if any.
Thank you.
