What Causes Discomfort In Lower Abdomen And Constipation?
Ihavebeen experiencing some discomfort in my lower abdomen. I get a bearing down pain . I was constipated but that is better. I move my bowls but only in very small amounts. I find the urge to try and move my bowels every two hours. Other than that, I have no appetite and generally feel exhausted. Any ideas?
You are suggested to get clinically examined & assessed by a GP. Get Blood & Imaging tests done. Get treated at the earliest.
Since you are not having any appetite get Liver function tests done. Avoid oily junk food. Take homemade nutritious food.
Sometimes you may need to deworm before that do stool tests(C/S & R/E). Stay well hydrated, take fiber-rich food. You can take laxatives at night to avoid constipation.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
