What Causes Discomfort In Lower Right Chest Radiating Towards Back?

Have discomfort in my lower right chest, radiating into my upper back. I am experiencing a great deal of heartburn, not controlled by Nexium, a usual daily med. I am alos very gassy and burp for long periods, the burping relieves the pain in my chest.

Hi.

Most probably acid reflux, probably a condition called gasteoesophageal reflux disease which presents with symptoms like dry cough, sore throat, abdominal bloating, hoarseness of voice, bitter taste in mouth, regurgitation of food or drink, sensation if a lump in the throat, and a few other symptoms.

Treatment includes the use if 30 mg of lansoprazole one tablet daily and a long list of dos and donts, write to me using our premium service and I shall help you with an elaborate response.
