What Causes Discomfort In Mid Back After An Injury?

I fell on the stairs this morning. My foot slipped and I slid down four to five steps, landed on my left buttocks cheek. I felt as if something was jarred in middle of my back. I have not bruises, just pain. I do not think anything is broken. Any suggestions?

HI
Well come to HCM
After the fall exact clinical picture comes later if anything went wrong and not sever, but if this was serious one then it immediately comes ahead and you wont be able to stand or walk, so just wait for some time, if condition becomes painful and makes you unable to walk or move then you need to see the orthopedic surgeon, hope this information helps, take care.
