hey my name is eric i been havin problems wit panic attacks. its like the front of my neck feel like its hard to swallow like a lil pop in front which make me feel like im bout to panic but dont. my doctor said my lungs and heart is good but its like once my neck get to hurtin my mind feel cloudy like i dont understand
Hello I have gone through your question and understand your concern. Relax, panic attack is something your mind developed and can only be treated by your mind. Sometimes body experience pain (mostly in nape of neck, shoulders, back, head) termed as psychosomatic pain without any pathology due to stress, mental confusion, depression. Such symptoms need no medication or minimal medication like pain killers but only mental peace and relaxing will subside the symptom. Same way what you feel in neck and mind need no medication but peace and reassurance. It is perfectly fine to have mind clouded and minimal day to day stress. Talk to someone when you feel you are stressed and about to get that feeling of panic attack.
