What Causes Discomfort In The Arms And Chest?

Last Sunday morning, my husband M60 complained of being jittery in his arm, and like a balloon was on the inside of his chest pushing out and he couldn t get a satisfying deep breath, and felt jittery and weakness. Was this a warning of a heart attack? He is taking high bp medicine.

Yes this could be angina . I advise you to get an ECG done immediately so we can start him on medications .
