What Causes Discomfort In The Calf Muscle?

I am having some discomfort on my calf muscle of my left leg, no pain, just a sensation. I recently had my pressure high and last time I checked it, it was 140/91. On 1/16/2015 it was 166/84. My doctor said it was fair, and to exercise and drink plenty of water. I have been using my stepper every day, but don t know if this discomfort on my leg is from that.

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that the use of the stepper is related to the discomfort that you are experiencing.

If it is significant then the use of anti inflammatory pain medication would help. This includes- ibuprofen, cataflam, naproxen

If the discomfort is associated with swelling then it would be best to see your doctor for review to rule out other causes.

I hope this helps
