General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms are non-specific and most probably be due to severe anxiety.

Consult a physician and get an ECG to rule out cardiac causes.

You can also try antacids like omeprazole or pantoprazole for symptomatic relief.

Avoid unwanted stress and anxiety. Relaxation techniques like yoga and meditation can help a bit.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
