What Causes Discomfort In The Chest And Left Hand?

hello I have two questions. 1.Since of recently(week), I have had this weird feeling in chest(at times, it hurts like a pinch, and at times it feels like a sprained muscle). Also my left hand has been weird, it feels sore at times, like how you would feel after working out( I have not been working out). sometimes there s a dull pain(nothing significant, but I can feel it) what could this be? 2. There are a couple of lumps, I can feel on my right hand. Now this has been there for a few years.. no significant enlargements or anything, but it is there.. Should I be alarmed?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Nothing specific to be honest, your symptoms do not point at anything unusual serious condition provided your general condition is good.

Check on your exercise tolerance tests and your heart parameters from time to time to see if the ECG is normal. Hope your protein diet is good. The lumps need to check for the origin like lipoma, cysts etc., and then advised appropriate treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. CS Narayan, General & Family Physician
