What Causes Discomfort In The Esophagus And Abdominal Area

I ve been experiencing discomfort between the esophagus and the solarplex area, for about five weeks now. Belching voluntarily has become difficult. No pain swallowing or otherwise but a constant feeling as if there s a foreign object lodging within the tip of the esophagus, below the Adam s Apple. Any insight?

This feeling of a "foreign object" lodging below the Adam's Apple is many times caused or better saying a symptom of (GERD) reflux disease. Anywhere without goin to exams you can go on a PPI therapy for a month with Omeprazole or Pantoprazole i.e and see the result, to rediscuss it again, if you want.
