I have some discomfort in my groin area on my right leg - I am a female 71 years old - It seems as if the pain travels down my leg a bit - i have been working in the yard and lifting - are there any home remedy procedures I can do to help my problem?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
It appears to be pulled muscle or tendon while lifting a weight.
I recommend ice pack at the pain site and an over the counter pain medicine like Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen. Decrease movement at leg, especially running, climbing, cycling etc
Visit a doctor if the pain is not relieved after 48 hours.
Hope this helps, Thank you
