What Causes Discomfort In The Left Arm And Blurred Vision?

I have a little discomfort in my left arm, feels like left ear is a little clogged and my vision isn t blurred but is not as clear. Woke up with a headache too. Should I wait to schedule a dr visit or do I need to address this sooner rather then later? I feel like I am feeling better
