hi I have been feeling unwell all day I have pulse racing in left arm been like that all day I feel weak dizzy wobbly eyes are heavy and blurred head is hurting im feeling sick feel very weak and tired and I do not know what it is please could you help

Your problem can be due to hypertension. Check your blood pressure to rule out this. In case of high blood pressure reduce salt intake and take anti hypertensive medication after consulting your local physician.
