What Causes Discomfort In The Left Knees?

I just had left knee surgery where doc. went in and cleaned up the knee on 06/27/17..... I am having discomfort on the outside left part of the knee that is a discomfort pain shooting down and up my leg cause some lower back discomfort and tingling in the heal of my foot..... Any Suggestion.....

Thanks for the query.I understand your concern.
The discomfort in knee can be it's a month only after the surgery... and the tissue is still sore,
But the painful leg with tingling at the heal ,along with back discomfort could be-
Indicates some disc problem at lumber spine pressing on the nerve supplying heal.
X ray or MRI lumber spine would confirm it.consult your orthopedic surgeon.
