What Causes Discomfort In The Lower Abdomen During Pregnancy?
I m pregnant with twins first pregnancy. Due 20th of April. Past 24 hours been feeling strange dropped feeling in the bottom of my stomach. No pain just odd feeling as if babies have slid or something. Odd pressure in my pelvic region can t walk much but no pain?

If pain is associated with fever then consult with a gynecologist immediately. Pain may be due to pressure by twin babies.
