What Causes Discomfort In The Lower Abdomen?

For two days, on my lower right side abdomen, I have felt something moving, like a bubble. At first, I thought it was gas, but it has been two days in the same spot. It is no painful, no fever, no redness, it just feels like something is moving. Appendicitis is painful and I can t have a tapeworm! Muscle spasm?

Hello,

Intestinal Worm infection can cause non-specific symptoms like gas bubbles movement in the abdomen.

Muscle spasm would be painful. You can go for Stool routine examination including ova, parasite and cyst.
