What Causes Discomfort In The Lower Back And Bleeding After Urination?

I have discomfort in my lower back, I got my tubes tied 11 months ago, at the end of my urination I experience a weird sensation, as well as feeling like my uretha will fall out with spotting of blood! And I go to the restroom more frequently, then usually. It s only after I urinate then feel the sensation when I m done, then have 3-4 drops of blood from my uretha! Can you please help me narrow what it could be down? No intercourse for over 2 weeks! My mentraul was abnormal n started then but been off for 4-5 days now?

Irritation of the urethra can be from a variety of causes, but I have to say that infection is by far the most common. It could be a UTI, but STD seems at least as likely. For all of the STD's it is common for them to be smoldering and then get much worse with the menstrual cycle. Simply testing for the various germs would show what is going on.
