What Causes Discomfort In The Lower Back, Knees And Legs?

Hi there! I have always been healthy and over the past several years I am experiencing a great deal of discomfort in my lower back, my knees, and legs and seem to be very fatigued. It is frustrating when your mind says you can do something and your body is aching and you have to stop. What can it be?

Hi..Can understand your concern. As per your query about pain in knees back and legs can be caused due to several reasons like Calcium and Vitamin D deficiency, nerve entrapment, disc prolapse or can be arthritis, age related changes etc...You need to go for investigation like XRay and MRI to find the exact cause..If you are a obese you need to reduce weight by diet control and do regular walk or exercises or otherwise physiotherapy will be helpful..Deficiency of clcium and vitamin D is mostly seen in women so if you are a woman you must take the supplements..If not feeling well still you need to consult a orthopaedic doctor for proper evaluation and medication.I hope the information helps you.Take care.
