What Causes Discomfort In The Lower Pelvic Area Radiating Towards Right Testicle?
I am experiencing lower pelvic discomfort. I have had a left ingunal hernia repair about 20 years ago. This is a little higher than that just below my underwear band. I wear a gun belt daily and when I am sitting it s a burning sensation that tends to radiate to my right testicle. I don t see a bulge like I saw when I had the left ingunal hernia.

As you explain the situation it might be from the bowel or from the urinary tract.Wait and see.If it lasts go and do an abdominal ultrasound to see better the abdomen
