General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It is due to acid reflux. You are suggested to take food in time, avoid oily, junk food and food that causes you allergy. Take food that is rich in fiber, avoid constipation. Take laxatives at bed time. Take adequate water for better digestion and bowel movement. Do not stay empty stomach. Take antacids and PPI's, Pantaprazole, one SOS when needed, it should get reduced. However, you are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP too detect any developing ulcer, IBS, gastritis, etc.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
