What Causes Discomfort In The Pelvic Area And Microscopic Urine?

I have seen a urologist who diagnosed me for prostate infection and prescribed a three week dose of CEFDINIR. I still have discomfort in my pelvic area and microscopic urine. He plans to get the urine analyzed at a lab to detect the source of the blood and do a scope in the bladder. He also wants to do a CT scan. Should I wait until after the other two results are in?
