What Causes Discomfort In The Right Foot Long After Treating Plantar Fasciitis?

i have discomfort in my right foot in the arch area that stops me from aerobic exercise (bouncing). I have had planters faciitis in the past but it does not feel the same now. I have gone to two doctors and one gave me a cortisone shot that really hurt and the other took an xray and said nothing was wrong. It is very frustrating as it limits my ability to work out. Every day since I sit at a desk every day it does not seem to bother me. On weekends when I am on my feet all day it throbs at the end of the day.

Diagnosis can be confirmed by clinical Examination and weight bearing lateral xray of the feet. treatment is shoes with medial arch support. You can take tab diclofenac sodium 50 mg twice a day for pain relief. If xray is abnormal please consult foot specialist around you.
