Hello. About a week ago, I had unprotected sex with a girl. A few days after having sex with her, I noticed a discomfort in my right testicle. I wouldn t consider it a pain, but it is definitely causing me discomfort when I sit in certain positions and sometimes when I walk. I gave myself a self examination and noticed that there is no swelling of my testicle or epididymis. However, there is a spot on my right testicle where when I press/feel around, it does hurt a little. This location is at the top and slightly to the right of my right testicle (I think it may be the tube that comes down and attaches to the testicle). I have had chlamydia before where i had both a swollen testicle and and epididymitis, but nothing like that is present again. My right testicle just isn t feeling normal. I went to the doctor to get a urine test done to see maybe if it is chlamydia again but no results have come in yet after about a weeks time already. I was wondering if someone could help me out.
