What Causes Discomfort In The Stomach And Chest Along With Appetite Loss?

Hi my name is Tom. The last few days, my stomach has felt strange, emtpy-ish, even into the chest area. Not hugry, but rather a lack of appetite, and not a strong sense of nausea. Also my head feels unbalanced, and just off, maybe with the feeling of some pressure. What concerns should I have?

Hi,

Consult a general surgeon and get an ultrasound scan to rule out possible intraabdominal causes. As of now antacids like Omeprazole or Omeprazole can be taken.
