General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It may be due to hernia.

For further assessment, you may require an ultrasound abdomen and scrotum after surgeon consultation.

For pain, you can take tablet acetaminophen.

You may require surgical intervention after surgeon consultation.

Till then use scrotum support.

Avoid strenuous activity.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr Shyam Kale
