What Causes Discomfort In The Throat And Mouth After Fasting?
I was doing a 4 day water fast and then a 4 day green juice fast and now I am having trouble with my tongue to relax ..... I keep clenching my jaw and feel tension in other parts of my body .....the most annoying thing is that the back of my tongue will not relax it pulls to the roof of my mouth
As per your complain the entire sequence of throat discomfort, clenching of the jaw and tension in other parts of body seems to be due to malnourished body leading to stress and tension in body and mind due to lack of proper diet.. You should not take any diet without proper consultation with a Nutrition.. So you first of all start eating a normal nutritious diet.. Take solid food as it is necessary building block of the body.. In case if condition worsen consult a Physician and get evaluated.. Take Vitamin B complex supplements..
Hope this helps..
Regards..
