I took azithromycin last night 7:30 pm and I had 2 bowel movements today after the second one I had some discomfort in my upper abdomen . quite worried about it because im debating on taking second dose tonight when I eat it doesn t get much better. I took cipro for 4 pills and got side effects stopped taking them the day before azithromycin at 1:30 and then the next day took az at 7:30 pm . im getting treated for epididymitis . should I keep taking and see how I feel tomorrow?
