What Causes Discomfort In The Upper Abdomen?

Hello! I am deaf.. I feel like I have a pull muscles straining in the right upper stomach and I haven t poops all day. It makes me uncomfortable. I still have poops in my stomach, and also my body completed changed which is loss muscle. I also have shortness breath too.

* So far as symptoms narrated here, there can be various possible reasons as
- Gastric upset
- Indigestion
- Gall bladder or bile drainage disturbances
- Muscle cramps - others.

* Primary management with analgesic, antacid and other symptomatic therapy and later on one may need ultrasound or not depending upon the recovery.
