What Causes Discomfort In The Upper Stomach Area Every Evening?
About every evening around the same time, I have discomfort in my stomach, sometimes in the top part. I also get gurgling in my stomach. Like phlegm, that causes me to cough. It sometimes gags me, and I spit up foam. This mostly happens in bed, but not when I m on my left side.

This probably gastric reflux disease, you can try take nexium tablets once per day 40 mg to ease these symptoms.
