What Causes Discomfort Of Chest,muscle Tension In Neck & Back ?

I m 22 and for a few days i have been having chest discomfort, muscle tension in my neck and back and i can feel my heart beating fast. Also, i have had three episode of syncope but i have not actually passed out just felt like i was going to? what could it be?

I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, we should should first rule out heart diseases like arrhythmia (rhythm disturbances in heart) because arrhythmia can cause fast heart beating, chest pain, giddiness, syncope etc.
So better to consult cardiologist and get done ecg, 2d echo and Holter monitoring (24 hours continuous recording of ecg).
If all these are normal then no need to worry for arrhythmia or major heart disease.
Sometimes, stress and anxiety can also cause similar symptoms.
So avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm. Don't worry, you will be alright, but first rule out arrhythmia.
